In accordance with the regulations of Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LMRE), the Board of Trustees hereby gives notice that the 85th Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 starting at 6:00 p.m.  However, out of an abundance of caution for our members in this ever-changing time of public health issues, the Board of Trustees for LMRE has decided to hold this meeting electronically. As the meeting will take place electronically, members who attend will receive a $25 credit on their bill. Only one credit per member account.

To register for the annual meeting, you must have your account number and name on the account.  Once you enter this information you will be redirected to the registration website.  This meeting occurred virtually on July 20, 2021.
