In accordance with the regulations of Lorain-Medina Rural Electric Cooperative, the board of directors gives notice that the cooperative held its 88th Annual Meeting of Members on July 9, 2024, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. Information regarding this year's annual meeting was also available in the June and July issues of Ohio Cooperative Living magazine.
The purpose of the meeting is to hear reports of officers and management and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the membership.
Registration was required. A $25 bill credit was given to all pre-registered members attending the live meeting. Only one credit per member.
